Great Place to Work, Fortune Magazine Recognize National Staffing, Recruiting, Culture Firm for Workplace Culture
CHICAGO – LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm, has been recognized by Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine on its 2018 list of “Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services.” LaSalle is the only staffing and recruiting firm based in Chicago to be named to the list and was recognized in the small-to-medium-sized category.
Great Place to Work analyzed each organization’s performance based on more than 50 survey questions anonymously rated by their staff. Employees throughout each organization were randomly invited to participate in the survey, which is designed to reveal whether it is consistently a great place to work for all its people.
Great Place to Work also collected demographic and program data from organizations, but rankings were driven by employee feedback. To be considered, organizations had to meet the Great Place to Work-Certified standard and their survey results needed at least a 95 percent confidence level, and a five percent margin of error or lower.
