Staffing, Recruiting, Culture Firm Named 10X Honoree on Daily Herald Business Ledger’s ‘Best Places to Work in Illinois’ List
CHICAGO – LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm, has been recognized among the 2022 “Best Places to Work in Illinois” by The Daily Herald Business Ledger for its 10th consecutive year, ranking as the No. 2 best mid-sized company to work for.
The statewide competition is conducted by The Daily Herald Business Ledger, Illinois Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Advocacy Council. The annual “Best Places to Work in Illinois” list is a survey and awards program designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Illinois, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Illinois. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience.
