Great Place to Work, Fortune Rank National Staffing, Recruiting, Culture Firm No. 9 on 2022 ‘Best Workplaces in Chicago’ List, Marks LaSalle Network’s Fifth Consecutive Year on List
CHICAGO – LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm headquartered in Chicago, has been recognized on Fortune’s 2022 list of “Best Workplaces in Chicago” for the fifth time, ranking No. 9.
Conducted by Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, and Fortune, the “Best Workplaces in Chicago” list was compiled based on feedback from employees of Great Place to Work-Certified organizations. Winning organizations are chosen based on employee feedback scores across more than 60 elements of workplace experience. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and the level of camaraderie among the team. Additionally, companies that best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization, are given more weight in their scores.
