National Staffing, Recruiting Firm Named a Best Place to Work for the Second Time by Inc. Magazine
CHICAGO – LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm, has been recognized by Inc. magazine on its annual “Best Workplaces” list honoring the top companies in the country with comprehensive measurement of exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether operating in a physical or virtual facility. This is the second time LaSalle Network has been featured on the list in the five years the list has existed.
“For the second time, we are proud to have been recognized by Inc magazine as one of the top workplaces in the country,” said Tom Gimbel, Founder and CEO of LaSalle Network. “Recognition like this feels even more impactful in the past two years as organizations who demonstrated they valued their people during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond are the ones earning their spot on these lists. I am proud that throughout our more than two decades in business, including through three recessions, we’ve never once wavered from our commitment to our people. We’ve never once done a layoff and we’ve continued to prioritize the health, safety, wellbeing and growth of LaSallians.”
Working with Quantum Workplace, Inc.’s list represents America’s top companies that deploy state-of-the-art techniques to keep their staff happy and productive, and is a magnifying glass on how innovative companies can truly raise the bar in hiring and keeping the best talent.
LaSalle Network has been named to Inc. magazine’s “500/5000 Fastest-Growing Privately Held Companies in America” list for 12 years, achieving organic revenue growth since inception in 1998. LaSalle also has been named a best place to work by publications such as Fortune Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, Crain’s Chicago Business and The Chicago Tribune.
LaSalle Network has various programs and initiatives in place to encourage personal and professional development, which has resulted in 80 percent of the management team assuming their current roles through promotions, including two members of the C-suite climbing the ranks from entry-level positions.
“Not long ago, the term ‘best workplace’ would have conjured up images of open-office designs with stocked snack fridges,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Yet given the widespread adoption of remote work, the concept of the workplace has shifted. This year, Inc. has recognized the organizations dedicated to redefining and enriching the workplace in the face of the pandemic.”
