Great Place to Work, FORTUNE, Ranks National Staffing, Recruiting, Culture Firm Among Top Ten Companies to Work For, Second Year in a Row
CHICAGO – LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm headquartered in Chicago, was named to FORTUNE magazine’s 2019 list of “Best Workplaces in Chicago” for the second consecutive year. The company ranked among the top ten for small and medium-sized businesses.
Conducted by Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, and FORTUNE Magazine, the “Best Workplaces in Chicago” list was compiled based on feedback from employees of Great Place to Work-Certified organizations. Certified companies were then narrowed down to the top 55 in Chicago.
Winning organizations are chosen based on employee feedback scores across more than 60 elements of workplace experience. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and the level of camaraderie among the team. Additionally, companies who best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization are given more weight in their scores.
According to the results of LaSalle Network’s survey, 96 percent of employees said the company is a great place to work. Ninety-eight percent of employees said company executives fully embody the best characteristics of the company and 100 percent agree people celebrate special events at the organization. One of the most common reasons employees agree LaSalle is a great place to work are the people.
