Chicago, Ill., October 9, 2013 – LaSalle Network, Chicago’s premier provider of professional staffing and recruiting services, announces the promotion of Krisi Rossi O’Donnell to Vice President of Recruiting and Staffing.
Most recently, O’Donnell held the position of Managing Director of Executive Search and Accounting & Finance, two of LaSalle’s core business units, where she managed 16 people. O’Donnell has also spearheaded the management of LaSalle Network’s customer relationship management (CRM) software.
In her new role, O’Donnell will play an integral part in streamlining internal sourcing, recruiting and interviewing procedures in preparation for vast growth including the management of two core business units, Accounting & Finance, and Executive Search.

O’Donnell joined LaSalle Network in February 2004 as a junior project manager and soon after was offered a position as an executive recruiter to support the startup of the Executive Search team. O’Donnell has earned numerous internal awards, and was subsequently promoted to Unit Manager in 2007, Associate Director in 2010, Director in 2012, and Managing Director in 2012. Since joining LaSalle, O’Donnell has placed hundreds of professionals in technology, accounting, finance, and executive leadership positions. O’Donnell holds a BA from St. Louis University.
