Natasha leads Ferrara’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and is responsible for implementing and monitoring programs to promote diversity and foster an open and inclusive work environment. Ferrara is a racially diverse company with people of color comprising 65% of the organization. Prior to Ferrara, Natasha was SVP of Diversity & Inclusion at Nielsen, overseeing the strategic development & implementation of diversity & equity initiatives. Recognized as one of Crain’s “Notable DE&I Executives” and Diversity MBA Magazine’s “Top 100 Executive Leaders” and “Top 100 Women of Influence,” Natasha is a key thought leader who contributes for several career and lifestyle magazines. Natasha has led keynotes, panels, and workshops for The Conference Board, Society for Human Resource Management, DiversityInc, Diversity MBA, Human Capital Institute, and many talent, inclusion and performance conferences, connecting with global audiences across industries.
Alan Durand
Sr. Director of People at Kin + Carta
Alan Durand leads the Americas Human Resources team at Kin + Carta. Kin + Carta’s LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group, an initiative to help support LGBTQIA+ individuals in the organization, has helped support an inclusive company culture. It also contributed to Kin+Carta receiving a score of 90 out of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), which is the corporate benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to LGBTQIA+ employees. In his role, Alan manages a team of 20+ spanning talent acquisition, development and engagement, to performance management, compensation, benefits, and culture. A proven leader, Alan has held senior Human Resources roles for multiple companies including Uptake, Avant, Capital One, and Discovery Communications, and holds an M.B.A. from American University and a B.A. from Clark University.
Sirmara Campbell

Sirmara Campbell has over 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, starting her career at LaSalle Network shortly after its inception in 1998. Sirmara is an experienced human resource professional whose expertise lies in helping LaSalle Network maintain a healthy and productive company culture. Sirmara has been instrumental in the establishment of LaSalle Network’s Diversity, Equity, and Belonging Committee (DEB). The DEB committee was created to celebrate the differences that make each LaSallian unique and to provide educational opportunities where authentic conversations are fostered and an environment of acceptance, inclusion and belonging is cultivated. Sirmara was named by Staffing Industry Analysts to its list of 2022 Diversity & Inclusion Influencers, and she is a two-time honoree of Crain’s Chicago Business’ Influential HR Leaders, as well as Workforce Magazine’s “Game Changer” and The Daily Herald Business Ledger’s “Influential Women in Business.”
