CHICAGO – LaSalle Network’s Chief Human Resource Officer, Sirmara Campbell, was recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) on its 2022 “Diversity & Inclusion Influencers” list, which highlights professionals who stand out through their actions and commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in their organizations and communities.
For over 20 years, Campbell has worked to create a workplace of belonging at LaSalle, including spearheading the creation of its Diversity, Equity, and Belonging (DEB) committee. The committee was created to celebrate the differences that make each LaSallian unique and provide education and volunteer opportunities for all employees around diversity.
